MTN Insurance Sucks

I signed up for a contract with MTN in February, 2021 and they added device insurance against my will. I have made numerous attempts to cancel it and provided evidence that I didn't request for the insurance on sign-up but they are giving me run-around and still debit my account for the same.

PLEASE CANCEL the damn policy and refund my premiums. This is absolutely annoying and very frustrating..
