MTN Insurance sucks ass

I received a call on ***, where I cancelled the insurance,that was on the 17th of March. I was still being charged for insurance and now expected to pay for something I cancelled. The insurance department tells me that there is no recording for this number to mine so now they wont help me. I never got an sms to say it was activated or even a call but now they have cut my line because of this.
