MTN INSURANCE SUCKS

My insured phone got damaged and I submitted a claim on Monday and 5 days later I keep being told that a courier will come and collect and when I follow up im given a run around and excuses like we don't know when or who is collecting as they are sub contractors!!!so if it takes 5 days to collect how much will it take to fix the phone and return 2 weeks? i find it outrageous that one has to wait for half a month to get a stupid phone fixed considering how we are all dependant on our phones!!just replace the damn underwriters and get people that can do the job plain and simple .MTNLF ********** /3
