MTN Insurance Sucks!!!

I have waited for 5 working days to receive an answer regarding my query and have not received anything.&nbsp;</span><br style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.***px; background-color: #ffffff;" /><span style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.***px; background-color: #ffffff;">I am fed up . Never in my life have I received such utter poor service. It has been more than two months since I submitted my claim and I didn't even receive a loan phone whilest my phone was being repaired.</span><br style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.***px; background-color: #ffffff;" /><span style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.***px; background-color: #ffffff;">I am ver,very dissatisfied.</span><br style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.***px; background-color: #ffffff;" /><span style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.***px; background-color: #ffffff;">I have paid my premiums every month but now that I have a claim it cannot be helped because my local consultant is useless, and the number I keep dailing never reaches a consultant. I received a letter stating that I have to pay an excess amount of R650,but on the letter there are no banking details and the consultant at the local store says the money cannot be paid at the store. I've tried numererous times to contact the number given on the letter with no luck!!!</span></p>
