Mtn insurance service is Horrific

I am a loyal customer user for mtn. I have taken a comprehensive insurance with mtn. I placed a claim for phone to be fixed in April, a week before Easter weekend. I have followed up an mtn store in durban, Pietermaritzburg as well as via email to headoffice and it's now almost the end of July and no one has provided any feedback on when my phone will be fixed yet I diligently am up to date with all my payment including insurance!!!
