Mtn Insurance Service a Sham!

I recently upgraded my phone and arranged for the insurance on the old handset to be cancelled and the new handset insured. I spoke to a consultant on 14/11/2019 on the day i got my upgrade and they cancelled the policy and opened a new one for the new phone. They said i don't have to do anything, the new handset is insured and i will receive notification shortly. I received notification that the old handset was cancelled but no notification about the new device. I followed up 48 hrs later and was told there no record of my request and the old handset was only listed. I escalated it and they said its a technical glitch. They cancelled the old one again and registered the new one and told me i would get an SMS which i need to accept on the same day. No SMS was received and I followed up daily and was told they will call me back. No one calls me back. I called multiple times and asked for a supervisor and they keep me on hold for long periods of time and then conveniently drop the calls. This is utterly disgusting. Your customer insurance consultants and insurance sales staff are *********** & terrible. I would never recommend your products to anyone and I want to take by business elsewhere.
