MTN INSURANCE ****!

We have got Two mobile phones insured with MTN, which we have been paying for more than a Year, and is still paying for it. Now MTN insurance keeps saying the policy was cancelled a year ago by error on their side, and they will fix the problem. Everyday they say that they will assist me the next day, and then the same story all over again the next day. Nobody helps us. I eventually contacted MTN but they make it Clear it's not their problem. Its shocking that a Large Network like MTN do not Care if their insurance department **** people. We have paid R3900 on the insurance so far, we almost paid for a New Mobile, but still MTN do not care. I will do the effort to warn people on all social media platforms against MTN, so they don't get ****MED as well!
