MTN Insurance ****

Hi,

On the 28/10/2016, I signed up for a new cellphone contract t the MTN store at Thibualt Square in Cape Town, with Salesperson: Saeed Salie. I signed the MTN insurance documents in front of him, and he explained that I can only use my own sim card and all the details pertaining to MTN. Now my phone was ****** on Saturday at the Sun Met, MTN still can't blacklist my phone because they say "their system is offline", and they say "I don't have insurance". MTN is ******** me out of R15 000
