Mtn Insurance ****

Mtn. I've been a loyal client the longest time. I purchased a laptop through contract and was offered an insurance (Admyntec) or whatsoever they refer too. The laptop was ****** in my car, a case opened and yet claim rejected based on the following:

"Please note that your claim was loaded ,however it is not compliant with our terms and conditions since the device was left unattended"

I have read through the TCs as mentioned and there's absolutely no basis for this reject.

Insurance Policy states decline based on : " ) The Equipment is not left exposed in a public place, place of recreation, office, mall or social occasion where it is vulnerable for easy removal or damage;"

The laptop was ******!! In a car!!

It's sad that MTN chooses to condone such a service, have you guys checked company reviews on insurance ?

It's sad. I had to wait over 2 weeks just to hear such a statement? A weak response thereof.

Mtn I am very disappointed.
