MTN INSURANCE | SANTAM | ADMYTECH - 14 DAYS WITHOUT A PHONE

I lost my phone on Thurs, 16 Jan, I called MTN same day to report and blacklist my phone. On Fri, 17 Jan, I sent an email to MTN AdMyTech to report my lost but there was no response. I then tried to find someone who uses MTN on Mon, 20 Jan and I called their call centre - the guys response to not attending my email was "We hardly look at email, if you want us to attend to your matter urgently you need to call us" - I then asked how when I don't have a phone and also why do you have an email as option if you guys never attend to it. I was literally on email following up (to no response) - finding phones to call them with no good assistance. Their lead time is 7 - 14 day, I'm on day 14 today and still with no phone. I called yesterday and Angel (the consultant) said we sent the phone out and the guys called you and there was no response, I asked her "respond how when I don't have a phone?". She then said she needs to re-do the process for me to at least get my phone today Fri, 31 Jan. Lol, I called this morning and Siyabonga who my matter was escalated to told me straight up that I won't be getting my phone and I would be lucky to get it on Monday. There's nothing he can cause the phone hasn't been ordered yet. I asked him, how when I'm on day 14? I rudely said there's nothing he can do. MTN, Santam & Adymntech I have been phoneless for 14 days. I have a child - he could faint at school and they wouldn't have access to me. I have a job that requires me to have a phone to communicate to my client. I have a family that needs to reach out to me. I have a LIFE that needs me to have a phone. I have never skipped a payment, I paid my excess immediately when y'all asked me to. But this is the treatment I get? All my calls are on record you can listen and see how much inconvenience I have been through and how RUDE Siyabonga was to me on the line. I NEED MY PHONE DELIVERED BY COB TODAY (Fri, 31 Jan). I have been kind with you for so long.
