MTN INSURANCE running away

Hello

I am writing this review under a lot of disappointment done or should say conducted by MTN Insurance with their partner Worldwide administration. I submitted a claim for a broken device and i did all that was required from my side.

But after all they can't assist me because they can't locate my address which that is strange the whole of last week since date of incident 31/05/2022.

I called their number for enquiries and fallow up the ladies at that call center keep on hanging up the call while i need more details when are they going to assist me.

This kind of behavior is not on and poor professional way to deal with matters that concerns our daily lives. I can't complain because they keep on hanging my calls and i am stark with broken device that i insured with MTN insurance yet no assistance.
