MTN Insurance/Repairs

Good day<br> My cellphone had been collected from me on the 19/6/2015 and been booked in for repairs on the 22/6/2015. Up until today after calling MTN insurance twice in the last week for follow up as to whats happening with my phone, the consultants have informed me that the phone is still at the repairs and thats all feedback they can provide me with. Its been two weeks already since it has been collected from me. Not to mention that it took them two weeks after calling them 4 times to collect my phone to begin the repair process. No follow ups nor feedback have been provided to me with regars to my phone. I have been without my phone since the 22/5/2015 and my debit orders for my contract and for insurance is still being pulled off.<br> Please if possible could my handset be repaired as soon as possible.
