MTN Insurance repairer ( We Fix)

<p>MTN insurance repair phones you and tell me to take my phone into WeFix at Brooklyn. Upon Arivel they tell you they do not Repair MTN contract insurance phones. Then afterwards when you the customer Phones MTN insurnace again they accept the phone on Thursday 20/7/2017 and they do not repair phones at Broolyk Mall Brach and will send the phone to Menlyn Branch the next morning. So today on Moday we phone Menlyn to ask what will the progress be on the phone at this stage be. to my surprise sorry Sir your phone is not at Menlyn. Trying to Phone Brooklyn We Fix about 17 times no answer. Rhight then decide to drive all the way to Brooklyn mall We Fix. Upon arival phone still at Brooklyn Mall We Fix and not sent to Menlyn Mall We Fix. I the customer then took it upon myself and took the phone to Menlyn mall We Fix and handed the phone to A Samantha at We FIx Menlynn with documetnation from Brooklyn We Fix. To my surprise again we phone We Fix Menlyn to get progress on the phone all you get is Sorry Sit your phone is not With Menlyn We FIx, SO WHERE IS MY PHONE. This is now also after 4 days struggeling with MTN insurance so it is aproved but the repairer is incompentant. Right phone We Fix again, so now the phone is on the technician's phone but only to hear sorry Sir no Thechnician's for the whole week spoke t Queen this time and please note all my calls are recorded.
