MTN insurance really frustrating!!!

I am writing this review to express my displeasure at pathetic service from MTN insurance on my new phone replacement claim.I have send information they needed on 9 December 2023 and today I still don't have phone.They keep requesting same ITC number ,case number documents but no phone until today as they buying time.@ Mr Ralph Mupita and Mr Charles Molapisi please intervene on the matter.This is the worst customer treatment I have received from a service provider when I have never defaulted on my instalments month.regards
