MTN Insurance query
I just want to say thank you to Luzette Willemse form Pinnacle Marketing. She assisted me with MTN Insurance and she went out her way to assist. I queried an amount going through my MTN Billing for insurance. She listened to me patiently when I explained the problem and she investigate the amount queried, let me know what happened and arrange for a refund of all the premiums paid up to date. Thank you very much for your patience and efficient assistant. Keep up to excellent work.
