MTN Insurance provides the worst service ever

If there was option of giving mtn for their insurance a -5 rating thats what i would give them. So the screen of my phone cracked 3weeks back I submitted a claim to Mtn Insurance and nothing was done, I did so many follow up but the reps sounded as if they didnt know what they were doing because everytime i got a different story, until i decided to call mtn and they told me they cant help me because they just collect money on behalf of the insurance company. I tried calling World Wide Services for assistance and they promised me someone would get back to me and it never happened when I was doing a follow up I was made to hold for a very long time until i hung up. So today I decided to cancel this policy because i dont understand why I am keeping it when they are failing to help me just to repair my phone and I was told they are still going to charge me for two months because of a cancellation policy. I was so frastrated then i asked the lady I spoke to to check for me how far my claim is and she told me there is no claim under this number at all so I decided to cancel the policy anywhere because it looks like noone from this company will ever take me seriously.
