Mtn Insurance Promises a Call back to follow up, but never follows up!!

<p>I phoned Mtn Insurance 2 days ago to complain about my phone that I had to send back the second time because the Reapari center did not fix it properly!</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked for an update and GUES WHAT!? I did not get a call yet as USUAL!</p> <p>It seems like Mtn and Mtn Insurance service is driven by Complaints. If you don't complain they WON'tT communicate to you and WON'T Give you an update!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never came across a customer service centre with such a bad service rating to their customers.</p> <p>Absolutely terrible!!!</p>
