MTN Insurance problems
I lost my phone on the 8th of June and submitted a claim on the 10th and not one has come back to me. I keep calling them and when I do get through I'm told someone will get back to me but that never happens. The funny part is that MTN didn't fail to debit my account on the 20th as they normally do but I am not getting service at all from them...VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
