MTN Insurance POOR SERVICE!!!!

I can not believe that MTN still hasn't insured a phone that I took in December till today, called their customer service center several times, they disputed that I had made an insurance application, called again this month they claim to have canceled my insurance since they weren't able to deduct money from my bank account due insufficient funds, to my biggest surprise, the same MTN was able to deduct contract installment on the same bank account information I provided. Utterly disgusting that such a big company is capable of complately poor and failing service, regardless of how many times you have tried to follow up with them, either by going directly to the store or calling!!
