MTN INSURANCE PLEASE HELP!!!!

This is the 3rd complaint I have posted about MTN Insurance and I would really appreciate it if MTN could come to the party and assist their clients, This is the 5th time this-I-Phone 11 has been taken back to repairs, the back screen and cameras had cracked and the repair centre attempted to fix the camera ( although I did advise that the I store said even they don't fix back cameras) Offcourse when the phone came back the camera was taking blurry..Now it is back at repairs AGAIN!! This is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE!! The phone is now back at repairs and they are attempting to fix it AGAIN! What I won't have though is my phone being booked in for more than a month like the last time, I would like my phone back by the end of THIS WEE**** MTN Insurance Please do something about this faulty phone, I have had non stop issues with it ever since I bought it, because I have honestly reached the end of my tether!
