MTN INSURANCE PATHETIC SERVICE! MTN BAD SERVICE!

On the 03.03.2016 my cellphone was collected by the courier services. Normally its takes 4-6weeks for repairs to be done. I called *** to find out what is the progress on my phone, i had to listen to a voice prompt advising me STILL PENDING WAITING FOR A TECHNICIAN to be available which is really pathetic service. I honestly dont know why i should always first complain before something can actaully be done. I didn take a loan phone becuase i didnt expect things to take this long, nobody even touchecd my phone or even had a look at it... SO IMAGINE NOW HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE FOR SOMEONE TO FIX IT WHEN THEY EVENTUALLY DO START, Another 4-6weeks. Im so sick and tired of Mtn pathetic service im receving honestly.. WHOEVER READS THIS PLEASE ALSO TELL ME HOW MUCH IS IT FOR ME TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT SO I CAN PAY YOU AND JOIN ANOTHER NETWORK PROVIDER!!!!<br> Im paying for my phone to be insuranced and still to receive ****py service for the past two years and still staying with this provider. Im the customer im supposed to be receiving EXCELLECT SERVICE but instead the worse !!!
