MTN INSURANCE PATHETIC SERVICE

MTN Insurance is the WORST company to insure your mobile device! It's been 3 months ago that I logged my claim and yet no new device. Service is pathetic! If I don't call to follow up, I won't know what's happening. Speak to a different consultant every time, therefore have to explain the whole story over and over again. PATHETIC "SERVICE"
