MTN Insurance Pathetic!!

I don't know what to say anymore. MTN Langeberg Mall never put through my insurance claim. After I have been struggling to get them to help me I just contact MTN Insurance myself to process my claim form. It's been more than 7 working days and the phone is still not booked. I have tried calling and sent e-mails but nothing. This is the second time i have been struggling with MTN insurance. The phone doesn't want to charge anymore and can't be used. When will this phone be repaired? After more than 6 months I finally got my other phone repaired.
