MTN Insurance Pathetic!!
What is going on with MTN?? First they lost my claim form at Langeberg Mall Mossel Bay, TWICE, then I wait weeks for MTN to collect my phones to repair. The call center can't help me and the MTN store neither. I pay my bill each month and expect service when i need it. The last I heard is that MTN collected my phones (It shows so on the system) but I still have my two phone with me??<br> <br> Can someone just please tell me what the hold up is for my phone<br> ***<br> ***<br> <br> And if this is taking so long, will I ever get my two phones back? I am definitely switching to a other cellphone service provide when my contracts ends next year
