MTN Insurance Over Promise Under Deliver

MTN South Africa please don't make use of RAM Hand-To-Hand Couriers. Worst service ever! They don't even answer when you call and if they do, they don't know what is happening to your parcel and place you on hold then drop the line. Phone back? Nobody even picks up...been holding for 15 minutes...still holding. Super frustrated. MTN South Africa insurance...why do you make use of such a useless courier? Over promise...under deliver...job well done to the both of you! My consultant Rachel informed me via email I will have my parcel by Wednesday or latest Thursday. Obviously, it was not received. Even after making arrangements (myself and my MTN insurance consultant Rachel) to have my parcel delivered today before 12...they will only be delivering the parcel Tuesday. I don't want it Tuesday... MTN South Africa I will be picking up my parcel at the store of my choosing today! Looking forward to your reply.
