MTN Insurance on an old settled device

I called MTN and the Insurance department with no luck. Saturday that passed I was at the MTN East Rand Mall Branch and gave them the Reference Number on my MTN Invoice of P*** and the advised me that this is for a device I had a few years back. I told her to cancel it and she logged the request on here side. I now received an email that states the below:

Y’ello ,

Please take this as confirmation that you have not opted to take out insurance on any of the products in your MTN Business order.

Order number: ***

If you'd like to add insurance later, please call 135 or 083 135 (from a non-MTN line).

I want this cancelled if not I will take this to an Attorney to do.
