MTN INSURANCE OFFLINE SO PHONE CAN'T GET FIXED!!!!

I have a contract and insurance with MTN. My phone broke 3 months ago and has been lying at the MTN<br> repair centre for 2 months because the MTN insurance department is offline so they can't fix my phone<br> until the insurance department contacts.<br> <br> So please can the MTN insurance department contact this number *** and sort out my insurance so that <br> my phone can get fixed.
