MTN INSURANCE OFFLINE!!!

My phone was ******,I did all the necessary requirents,but couldn't get hold of mtn insurance.I loged an online claim and got no response.I called and their number is offline!!!Today I called mtn call centre on 808 they transfered me to insurance the person I spoke to couldn't find my claim and asked for me to log a new one via email and then call back.I did so,but when I tried calling back none of the call centre agents could transfer me to insurance anymore!!!!What changed in the space of 1 hour?I pay for insurance each and every month,but now I can't claim!!!!!I desperately need a replacement phone.<br> If anyone from mtn insurance can please contact me on *** <br> my ref number is ***9
