MTN Insurance not working!
The *** number given for MTN insurance is constantly experiencing network difficulties. I just think there is no one at the call centre to assist. I have tried different times to put a claim but still no response. Have tried different options to get through but still no response! To think that I am paying monthly premium and now am stuck- I can't claim neither can I cancel. This is really bad service!
