MTN Insurance not responsive

I submitted my claim with MTN Mobile Insurance for mobile theft. I received a automation reply - confirmation receipt for my claim that said it will be attended to by their team members within 3 hours of receipt - within office hours. This was yesterday at 3:39 pm and I have not received a response. When i call the call center and I follow the prompts, it just hangs up on its own. I tried this 3 times and it still hangs up.
