MTN Insurance Not Responding!!

Two weeks ago my iPhone 5s screen cracked and the LCD no longer works. I submitted an insurance claim form on the 14th of July 2015 to the following email address: [Email Removed] However I still gave not gotten any response regarding my claim. I have also tried calling the insurance claims number but I never seems to go through due to 'network issues\ and then I am hung up on. I have also been to several MTN stores to receive some assistance but nobody seems to be able to help me and most of the consultants are extremely rude. This is highly unprofessional and I am so appalled by this service
