MTN Insurance not providing service
On the 27th of October I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. I have insurance with MTN so took the phone to Mpho Maseko at Carnivall Mall who took my phone and sent it for repairs and didn't complete the relevant claim form. I have been there several times and have asked my daughter to send several emails and to date, I still haven't received a response from MTN Insurance - the service is shocking and wanted to bring this to everyone's attention.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Dolores Nunes
