Mtn Insurance not cancelled since February 2020

So I eventually found out where the other R140 has been going that has been deducted from my account with the Mtn Contract. I had to go in store, because no one was able to assist via telephone. It's the Insurance that I asked to be cancelled on February 2020!!

So now I must call the Mtn Insurance department myself.... Probably going to take me weeks to get through to the department and then I will probably struggle for weeks to get it cancelled as well. Probably also won't get the money back for the past 3 months... RIGHT!!!??
