MTN insurance not attending to my issue

I have a contract with mtn for two phones. On the day i app**** i took insurance for both of these phones. When they had problems, i took them to an MTN store. They told me only one phone was covered. I showed them that i signed the form to insure both phones. The manager of the store said i should contact mtn insurance because on their side they sent every document and they have proof. I never received any letter from MTN insurance letting me know that my phone was not covered and stating reasons why. This would have given me time to make alternative arrangements to insure my phone. Instead MTN insurance is only calling me for the insured phone's claim. They are not attending to this issue of the second phone. I even sent on their online queries service, but that also failed because i did not get a responce for this issue. MTN please attend to my problem.
