Mtn Insurance, no response to claims
I took out insurance with Mtn for my handset. My handset broke a while ago and I logged a claim without any response. I then went into the Mtn shop at Atterbury Value Mart, where I was told that nothing can be done pending the strike at Mtn. I checked the news to see when the strike ended and then again went to the Mtn shop at Menlyn Retail Park. There I was given a from to send in to Mtn Insurance, who rep**** and said that their turnaround time is up to 5 days. Its been more than 2 weeks and still no response from them as well. I don't know what to do any more, as my handset just gets worse and worse.
