MTN Insurance - NO RESPONSE AFTER 14 WORKING DAYS

Been waiting for more than 14 working days on a response to an Insurance Claim for a damaged cell phone that is not charging.

Any attempt to get a reply by either calling or emailing their call centre is met with the reply that they're waiting for their underwriters to make a decision. Without fail, they do not read or listen to what you say, they simply repeat that they're waiting for the underwriters and that it takes up to 14 working days.

When I point out that I've waited for longer than 14 working days, I'm told that they will query it and nothing further happens.

Any attempt to contact a supervisor or manager results in the call being dropped or in the case of an email it is simply ignored.

Absolutely impossible to deal with! And this is for a simple claim!
