MTN Insurance - No response

To date I am still waiting for MTN Insurance to process my insurance claim. No feedback has been given. Every time i send a query, they keep sending me the claim form of which i have completed before. I have sent a query to MTN Customer complaints and its past due, over 5 working days have passed and still nothing. I have been paying my accounts to date but when they are actually suppose to do their actual JOB nothing. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
