MTN insurance no help

I am very disappointed in the service of MTN insurance and their UNREACHABLE CALL CENTRE. <br> I logged a claim at the at campus square on the 2nd of February Ref *** and no one has called me back to arrange a pick up for my damaged phone . And no one in the call centre ever picks up . <br> <br> Can you please get someone to call me on *** to sort this out. <br> <br> Its very frustrating .
