MTN Insurance no feedback give on the repairs on my phone

Hi There

I'm a customer with MTN.I logged a claim to have my screen fixed in mid Dec 2020.I was told that my phone would be picked up by a courier called Courier IT. My phone was only picked up on the 06 Jan 2021.

Today it's the 20th of Jan 2021.No feedback or what so ever from MTN.I spoke to a Tshepo who said He would call me back from MTN Insurance and nothing from his side.

I send e-mails and I call all that MTN Insurance says is that they will give feedback which they don't.
