MTN Insurance-No Call Centre Agent response

I have been trying to get through to the MTN Insurance call centre on *** for days.No one answers the phone, even when I waited for an hour.<br> <br> I have only received one response to my insurance claim email. No one has confirmed receipt of insurance of the claim form. On the from I submitted Itsaid it will take 24 hours once all information has been confirmed for my claim to be settled. I have no idea where in the process I am and I cannot afford to not have a phone at this time.<br> <br> I also discovered that my insurance application was only confirmed months after I app**** for it.This is very *****.<br> <br> Please contact me and process my claim as soon as possible.
