MTN INSURANCE Nightmare

MTN INSURANCE HAS DISAPPOINTED ME Yet again.

I did a claim on they app on the 29th of January was told to submit all documents and I did I got an sms that stated that there are missing documents then I sent them the same day .

On the 4th of feb I made a follow up call because I was not getting updated only then they tell me I still have missing documents I ask them which documents and they tell me the same documents I emailed them days ago only then they start looking into what I emailed them and they start to be busy with the claim today is the 17 th of Feb and still no results when I call I am to they still busy with it and it will take longer then the 14 days and they have no turn around time .

Now I must wait for I don’t know what for and I am paying these people. MTN PLEASE DO SOMETHING OR LOOSE A CLIENT THAT HAS BEEN LOYAL FOR 10 years
