MTN insurance nightmare!!!
Week 3 since I submitted my claim and not a single consultant that I've spoken to is giving me solid information on my claim. I want out of MTN and I'm cancelling this contract!!

18 Nov 2019, 10:43I have been calling them for the past 3 weeks all they do is put me on hold, play background music then hang up on my ear. I WANT OUT OF MTN and Your *********** insurance as in NOW!!!
