MTN Insurance never answers
Completed an online handset insurance application on MTN website on 06 January 2015. Was promised a confirmation e-mail however 6 days later i am still waiting. Tried calling MTN insurance on numerous occasion but was always on hold for over 20 minutes at a time and then eventually gave up. Most frustrating experience ever. Also sent them an email and get a response that they have a five day turn-around time - which is shocking in this day and age. My e-mail ref. no: ***4.<br> <br> MTN, please urgently respond or i will port the 5 contracts that I have with you!
