Mtn insurance most pathetic
Subsequent to a very PR fooling reply in hello Peter that my problems will be resolved with mtn insurance nothing has happened.Instead as before this division has no regard for customer service or even get to g back to clients.what pathetic environment is this MTN.you make promises to clients and don't deliver I an still waiting fo my refund?

As per reference number *** credit was passed of R233.34 , due to the unpaid debit order of R586.26 on the 31/08/2015. Therefor the credited amount was not refunded into your bank account. Kindly note the current outstanding balance is R 364.32.
