#MTN Insurance (monitorsa)Insurance terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked my iPhone 6 for cracked in repairs, filled in the MTN claim form and my phone was fetched to be taken to the repairer of their choice, whom decided to replace my iPhone back cover without my knowledge, resulting in my phone have two different IMEI numbers (the original IMEI and the IMEI on the back cover. When my iPhone came back i was unaware of this, until I had problems with the batteries, and i was advised that the insurance doesnt cover batteries because it is an accessory, I then decided to take my phone in to MTN repair stores in Midrand, where I was turned back and they told me they can't fix my phone because of the different IMEI numbers, I called the insurance as I was advised to take it up with the insurance, they then took my phone in and fixed the battery for me.

8 motnhs down the line my phone fell, there was the screen was not properly closed as i can see lights from the phone, I called the insurance again to log in a claim, I was then advised that my claim had been declined because it's an uninsured event and that I was behind with my payment, (payment is up to date). I then again took it to MTN in Greenstone, and I was advised again that they can't book it in because of the IMEI number, and that i must take it up with the insurance. MTN insurance monitor sa, are now giving me the run around, I need my phone fixed but I can't due to what they did.
