<p>I blocked the phone and did whatever needs to be done spoke to Kenneth king he told me the phone was last used on the 5th of February, and he is not going to pay out when I ask him which phone was I using on the 28th he told me he does not know I should call MTN I was using my Sony Z3 he said i should ask them it’s not his problem. And I need to do my own investigation and prove to him that they should pay out I called MTN spoke to Renal REF number ********** 2 she told me she can see I was using the sim card but she couldn’t tell me which phone I was using on the 28th and told me to call 1555 spoke to Tobago he said they don’t have such a system that shows which phone I was using and I need to talk to the insurance.</p> <p>I’m a customer and I have been paying my insurance for years I have to be calling and doing somebody else job.</p> <p> </p>
