MTN insurance lost my phone

I took a contract with MTN as well the insurance I was offered. My phone was experiencing problems so I sent it to MTN insurance only to be told I have to pay R1050 which I was told was excess fee, I paid it and the insurance collected my phone on the Friday and was told that I would get it the following Friday which I didn't. Nobody called to tell me anything so I had to call them to enquire about what was happening, they then told me that the phone had already been delivered but I told them I did not have it. From then I had to call them everyday while they carried out their 'investigation' and the calls were absolutely pointless. I had to wait for a long time on the phone only to be told that they'll get back to me of which they never ever did. I have spoken to several consultants as well as their manager's each as *********** as the next one.I was told that my phone was lost which I don't understand and now I have to wait for another period without a phone. I can not even rely on getting feedback from this insurance company as they have never called me back even though they always assure me that they will. I am absolutely livid about what MTN insurance has put me through and will be advising anyone and everyone of their terrible service and how it is a bad idea to get a contract with them.
