MTN INSURANCE LACK OF EFFICIENT SERVICE
MTN Insurance is not reachable at all telephonically! Been trying since the 1st September to have an insured handset repaired. Collected on the 11th and today , the 7th October almost a month later still no phone and no positive response to emails. Extremely unhappy with the poor service......!!!!
