MTN Insurance is utter garbage! STAY AWAY!

This company is completely ridiculous.

My phone was ****** on 14 February 2024 and the documents were sent in to them on the 15 February 2024, this morning we find out that MTN only submitted all relevant information and documents on the 21st of February 2024 and now I am being told it can take another 7 to 14 days to get a reply from them regarding the claim in the meantime I can't call nor access my bank or anything else as they told me until the insurance does not submit a reply on the claim I am not allowed to do a Sim swap as it will then negatively impact my claim, everyday I am losing business thanks to this stupid company and their utter trash insurance brokers, I hope everyone will see this and cancel your insurance with mtn and go to a actual reputable insurance provider and specify your device and have a proper company cover you as mtn is Most certainly not in the game of customer service or satisfaction when it comes to their insurance and they charge you more then another provider would and then you struggle like this.

Absolutely garbage company and utter trash customer service If I could I would rate you a -10 stars.

We pay for peace if mind only to find out there is no such thing with lovely mtn and their fintech teams.

I hope you don't mind if I show the same attitude when it comes time for payments to you.

Your company is costing me money and inconvenience due to your lack of skills and know how and your utter lazy attitudes.
