MTN Insurance is USELESS!!

MTN Insurance is taking more than a month now to process my claim for a broken screen. Claim sent 29 Nov 2019. Phoning since the 5th of Dec since I couldn't get any response via email. Calls vary from 10 to 35 minutes. After 15 calls and more than a month later, no progress! What am I paying for? Best of all, supervisors are ALWAYS busy on another call. I've had it!
